A marvel! When we arrived, we couldn't believe our eyes. We felt like Hollywood stars. We spent 15 days in Costa Rica, 4 of which were in this villa, and it was by far our best stay. And what about the service… there was no toaster and rice cooker, which we wouldn’t have minded. But when I told the host, she sent someone to deliver the two brand new devices to us in less than an hour. Impeccable service in a luxury villa.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay from beginning to end. Henry met us in time at the meeting spot and showed us to and around the house which was even more gorgeous than the pictures show. The three views were jaw-droppingly stunning! Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Lots of animals around including a Blue Morpho butterfly that came by each morning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location—had everything we needed for the family! I would highly recommend this spot. It is within walking distance of the beach entrance and restaurants. Also, it is located right next to a great surf shop called Garro Surf that took care of my family surf lessons.
We were incredibly lucky to stay in this beautiful villa and sadly, we did not want to leave! Not only this place is breathtakingly beautiful, but also incredibly comfortable! Every bed, every seat or sofa will want you to stay in it forever! Views are WOW! Quietness, peace, tranquility and comfort is what we were hoping for and we found so much more! This place is also super luxurious and we can not wait to come back!

Great location, close to the beach and town. The property was beautiful and had plenty of space for oir large group.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was perfect. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and helped answer all of our questions. They provide you with a guide of things to do nearby and even helped book some of our excursions. Overall would recommend staying here. Definitely need a 4x4 to access the property
This house is a wonderful spot, central to Ojochal and easy access to amazing restaurants and not too far from the Costanera Highway. The house is in very good condition and was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever experienced. Thanks to Osa Property Management for their great communication and support.

We really enjoyed our time at this villa! Everything was great! It’s close to the beach, and one of our most favorite cafes. The villa was very clean and well equipped.
The property is as described and more. It is very comfortable for four people. Having a bathroom for each room is a plus and not to mention the private pool. Communication with the administration was always fluid and prompt. We 100% recommend this property.

Our experience at Casita Quetzal was wonderful for a week (2 adults 2 children). A comfortable house with a privileged location, a very well-equipped kitchen, furniture, beds and linens of excellent quality, the perfect spaces. Everything worked excellently. The house feels very safe and located on a dead end street with similar houses, 7 minutes walk to the beach. Osa Property Management's service is unsurpassed. Very attentive and waiting to make sure everything went well.

Beautiful home and property. Secluded and private with great view. Saw hummingbirds, toucans, howler monkeys, and white faced capuchin monkeys from the deck. Osa Management staff are top notch and made the arrangements for our airport transfers, rental car to use locally, and side trips and all were ready and waiting for us without fail. It was our first trip to Costa Rica and won’t be our last! It is a scenic and friendly country. Everywhere we ate served fresh delicious food at very reasonable prices. Our Spanish is very limited but that was not a problem at all. Pura Vida!

This property was fantastic. It was well maintained, clean, and in a fantastic location. At the bottom of the hill there is a food market and lots places to eat.
The flora and fauna of the home was second to none - parrots, toucans, a variety of monkeys just to name some of the animals we saw right from the amazing pool.
Osa Property Management was great to deal with and went above and beyond to help us when we needed it and made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

Loved staying at this house up Ojochal! The view was AMAZING!!! Plus they met us on the main road so we could follow them up the hill so we wouldn’t get lost. So helpful!
The pictures of this place really do not do it justice. We were absolutely in awe of this beautiful house and the amazing view. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We saw monkeys and all kinds of wild life. Hands down our family’s favorite vacation so far. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
It is a super complete house, very beautiful, very good location, I loved that they left us all the necessary cleaning items, such as garbage bags (we were a large group), extra soaps, toilet paper, even soap for washing clothes.

The house was beautiful, perfect for a large family with plenty of space and all kitchen amenities required. The location is great, near the Marino Ballena Park, and also near supermarkets and restaurants. The pool was big, with a nice ocean view.
Views for days from this beautiful home with infinity pool. It was more house than we needed, but the views sold me. It would be fantastic for a larger group with so much space. The outside patio is also large as is the pool with attached little wading pool.

Pretty private, but I also liked its close proximity to town, just 10 minutes. One section of the access road is rough with potholes, the final drive up to the home is steep- nothing crazy but 4WD is needed for that area. I felt very safe and comfortable at this home and would love to return.

Incredible house. This was one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. The osa property company was incredibly helpful and responded quickly with any concerns. The first time we drove up to the house, they guided us up. Word to the wise, remember the way. The kids room is perfect for our aged kids (1, 7, & 9). Loved the little play fort area. And the books and toys were a nice touch. We hired a private chef (recommended by osa property), such a fun experience! The house had the coolest dishes and anything we needed to prep and cook with. We had amazing sunset swims, and coffee with a view of whale tale. Just down the hill on the same road is the uvita waterfall. It’s so amazing we went twice. Also closer to mid way are a bunch of awesome restaurants, and we went to the brewery. The food was top-notch, and the service was incredible. There are also multiple nice coffee shops at the bottom for pre day trip coffee and pastries for the next day breakfast. I would love to come back some day!
What an amazing property. Plenty of room for a family of 10. Lots to do in the area and wonderful restaurants in the vicinity. We spent a lot of time in the pool. First day we saw 3 different types of monkeys, macaws and toucans in the trees on the property. Would love to come back soon!
Spectacular home called Villa Colores del Viento. Felt like a celebrity! Two kitchens, magnificent infinity pool with purple sunsets over the ocean. It was also nestled into the rainforest...dreaming of when we can return again! Concierge was so helpful and we did everything he recommended! Felt like a kid. Home was spotless, great appliances and upscaled cooking utensils. Foodie quality restaurant halfway down the mountain and small but high quality shopping store for last minute gourmet items. Get a 4X4 as its up there in the hills which is also part of its charm. Beaches close by. We loved Playa Hermosa! Service from OSA via Andrey and Abigail was super. Its my dream house! Family also loved it. Three generations!
My family of five, including a 12 year old and 14 year old, stayed at Villa de Priscimo at Elan in Ballena. It was amazing and magical to have one of the best beaches in our backyard. The water was so warm and clean with just enough waves. We hardly saw anyone there. We saw howler monkeys, toucans, and spider monkeys on the walk to the beach. The condo was great-so spacious and clean with great a/c. We saw squirrel monkeys from our porch and could hear a howler. We loved being close to amazing restaurants and activities (Osa Mangrove, ATV Jungle tour, whale tour, and spa treatments). The management company was great at communicating with us. We are considering coming back and would not hesitate to stay here or book with Osa.

We rented a villa just south of Uvita for a week while in CR. Osa Property Management had thought of everything in terms of what a short term rental needs. They had plenty of towels and no shortage of quality cookware. They were fast to respond to questions and if there would have been any issues I'm sure they would have be swiftly taken care of.
This home was perfect for our family! We love to have a home-base to cook and relax on rainy days and this home made us feel like we had a private bit of paradise to return to.
We enjoyed seeing the monkeys playing in the nearby trees, the various lizards visiting the fountain and pool, and birdwatching from the porch.

Spacious and amazing apartment! Very clean, only few minutes walk to the nearest stores and restaurants. Kitchen very well equipped, anything you can think of you’ll find there, also washer and dryer, iron, etc.. ALSO pretty big balcony with a wonderful ocean view and jungle vibe! We saw more wildlife from that balcony than at Manuel Antonio Park, including a sloth! 🦥 five stars is not enough! Absolutely loved it!

Osa Property Management was great. We got to Uvita much later than we originally thought on a Sunday night and Jeremy waited for us at the office to escort us to the house we rented. The house was amazing and coordinating the rental was simple. Use Osa next time you’re renting in the Uvita area!
It was a really good experience with Osa Property Management.The host was flexible in changing his time to meet us at the last minute. The place we stayed at was a beautiful house in a lovely area. Spacious and cozy, with a comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and cozy sitting area. Definitely highly recommended!
We stayed at the Casa de Guacamaya Roja house for 10 nights, and really enjoyed ourselves. The OSA team are very friendly and responsive if you need anything at all.
The cons of the experience / property is that it takes about 12 minutes to get to and from the highway, and you will need a 4x4 because it’s quite the journey. The only other thing that we unfortunately had to deal with is not having hot water and we felt there were a lack of amenities, but the OSA team quickly helped so that we had a positive time. We really appreciated that.
When we visit Costa Rica again, we will definitely book with OSA and would recommend you to do the same. Pura Vida!

My husband and married daughter rented the house for 11 days. The house, pool and grounds are very beautiful and we loved staying there. There are beautiful flowers all around the property and we saw a white faced coatamundi in the backyard looking for food several times during our stay.
We did find the house was lacking several items and when I notified Osa Property Management they went and purchased the items and brought them to us the next day!
The home is located in a gated community and you will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get there. We felt safe and very comfortable in the house and had a wonderful time staying there. Adding a few pool floats would be really great and make the stay even better..and it was great!

My first stay in Costa Rica went amazingly and although I was a bit nervous, Osa Property Management ensured everything went smoothly at every step of the way. They were very responsive before, during and after the trip. I even forgot something at the house, realizing after I had left the country, and they’re team helped me recover my important item. Highly recommend this amazing team to anyone traveling to Costa Rica from abroad.
We recently stayed at Casa Tranquila in Uvita and Osa Property Mgmt was super helpful and communicative starting from booking to after check out. Before we arrived they sent us an extensive online guidebook all about the house and its amenities and surrounding area/activities. They even drove over to the house to find out whether it had a Smart TV for us! Then after we checked out and I realized I'd forgotten to log out of my Netflix and Prime accounts they went back to do that for me.
When we arrived they met us at their office and personally escorted us to the house so we wouldn't get lost. They also immediately had someone come out and fix the electric garage gate when we realized it wasn't working. They are incredibly responsive and I would highly recommend renting one of their properties if you are planning on visiting the area. The house was amazing and exactly as advertised!

The view was remarkable and made relaxing by the pool unforgettable. The Osa property management team was excellent to deal with...super responsive and addressed all our needs promptly. Casa Sedona was a fantastic home in a fantastic location. The rooms are clean, bright, and modern. It is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The grounds are well kept and secure. Much of the furniture is hand made custom. So nice! We woke up early in the morning to watch the wildlife. Some nights we opened the windows to enjoy the sounds of the jungle others we closed then to enjoy the AC. The internet was fast making internet calls home easy even while watching Netflix.
Osa property management was great. We arrived very late the first night. Abigal stuck around and met us at the home to make sure we got in. They set up a whatsapp group to communicate through which was easy for calls and texts. For a small family this is the premier property in Uvita.

This place was amazing!! We loved that it was in the jungle yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. We loved the private pool and swam everyday. The home itself was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our meals there. The outdoor kitchen was fun and we grilled quite a bit. We would definitely come and stay at the place again. Beautiful!!

From the renters perspective, the OPM team were highly-responsive, professional, and kind and thoughtful with every interaction. We were living in a property that had several ongoing issues. The OPM team was brought in part way through our tenancy and were quick to address the concerns of the owner as well as our concerns. They took a very challenging situation and were able to establish a better standard of care going forward; no small task.
From the perspective of a homeowner who has had rental properties and will have rental properties in future. I would absolutely want a company like Osa Property Management overseeing any investment properties I own. We are building a new house in Ojochal at the moment and may look to speak with Nick and his team about rental options if it doesn't sell as expected.
Overall, the team is trustworthy, the do things the right way (no shortcuts) and most of all, they support the protection of the owners investment while respecting the rights of the renters.

We had a wonderful time here. The location is awesome and close (by car) to a number of local restaurants. The place is quite secluded and the pool is just incredible. The house itself is quite basic by western standards but was just right for us and if the price is right, great value. The OSA team were very communicative and helpful. The internet was great (enough for 3 of us to telework/school without many issues). Note that things like dishwashing liquid, washing machine powder and cleaning cloths weren’t included but we bought our own at the local supermarket. There were towels and hand wash.
Our experience at Casa Loros Rojos was undoubtedly perfect. Since the house is located in a very quiet place, close to everything (beach, supermarkets, restaurants, main road, etc.) as well as easy access for any type of car. The song of the birds all day is magnificent, the pool is perfect for the place, the house is fully equipped, everything new and in excellent condition, a really pleasant stay full of comfort and tranquility Ideal to relax. I don't have a negative opinion about Casa Loros Rojos, it was just perfect.
Your workers just left after doing an excellent job and installing an entirely new drainage system for our failing septic. You run a very competent and professional operation. So impressive with all the workers in uniform and how they work so hard. Even had to “create” drain holes in pipe.

Hi everyone my name is Glenda and my husband and I went to Costa Rica and we stayed at a gentleman’s house in the mountains and had a great time. This gentleman’s name is Nick Halverson and he has a house that you can rent and let me tell you his house is beautiful. I hope everyone can take a trip to Costa Rica and if you do look up Nick. I would go back today if I could.
My wife and I were first introduced to Nick and Abigail when we purchased our rental/retirement home in Uvita in 2018. We needed a property manager and my realtor told me about Nick. From day 1, Nick was easy to contact, would call you back promptly, and never seemed to have an issue he couldn’t handle. Between him and Abigail, who lives there locally and is always a pleasure to deal with, they seem to have contacts everywhere, making them able to handle issues and concerns that would take someone else month’s or even years, thousands of dollars and many headaches, to handle. This is absolutely invaluable when purchasing a property in a foreign country. I was initially very skeptical and slow to trust them, but after having them handle multiple renovations on my property, hours of discussions and messaging, I am so thankful to have found them. They have been an absolute God send and I don’t know what I would do without them.
We had a place cancel on us and were unsure where we could stay. I worked with Nick and the Osa team and they set us up with an incredible property. The views, sunsets, scarlet macaws, howler monkeys and kind workers really make this a very very special place. This is an experience that my wife and children will cherish for years to come. Being someone also interested in moving to the area, Nick took the time to explain some questions about the area was a valuable resources for anyone interested in buying property or investing in the area.

My family and friends just returned from a stay at Villas Cascadas managed by Osa property management. The house is beautiful and comfortably fit all 7 of us. We spent the Christmas holiday there and it was amazing. You do need a 4x4 to get to the house, the drive up and down the mountain is an experience itself. Abagail and Nick were great, always responsive to any questions we had, gave us some great advice on activities to do with the family and even where to buy a Christmas tree. There is a waterfall on the property, you can hear it, when the full path is finished it should be an amazing addition to this property. The sunsets are beautiful, you’ll want to make sure you are back at the house each night so you don’t miss it. We loved our whole experience!
We just returned from a stay at Villas Cascadas managed by Osa property management. We had a great stay in this beautiful home in the mountains with a stunning view any time of the day! Costa Rica has a lot to explore but make some time to chill at the house too. Abagail was great leading us to the home and showing us around and she and Nick gave us lots of suggestions of things to do. We were advised to be home before dark because of the drive and now we understand why. So we enjoyed cooking at home after the spectacular sunsets and getting up early to explore. The house has a waterfall on the property that the owners are having a path created. When that is completed it will be a special addition to this home. There were 7 of us at the house and it was comfortable for that number. You definitely need a 4 wheel drive to get to this home. We loved the whole experience!
